A personal axiomatic system

1. 01 Hardware

   My specs

   Minimal SSD but a good amount of RAM. CPU auto-overclocks with interest.

2. 02 Axiom

   Volo ergo sum.

   I do things because I want to do them, and I assume the same for others.

3. 03 Disposition

   Simultaneously lazy and competitive.

   Competitive — with the awareness of what is a game and what is more important. Like people's feelings.

4. 04 Ethic

   Unconditional positive regard.

   We are lucky to be together at a common point in the infinite fabric of spacetime. Parable of the long spoons.

5. 05 Stance

   Gratefulness as default.

   We are lucky to be alive, doing what we do. Leave it better than you found it. Stay hydrated.

6. 06 Protocol

   Talk to me.

   I like to listen. I can't read minds — I can only empathise with the information I have. Communication is always lossy. I'd rather grok what someone is saying than focus on how they said it.

7. 07 Creed

   I loathe learned helplessness.

   It often is that simple. If chaos can be modelled, anything should be able to be approximated. A few first principles are better than none.

8. 08 Optimisation

   I love efficacy.

   I'll always be looking for the shortest easiest path that gets us the farthest. Minimum collective effort for maximum collective happiness.

9. 09 Method

   Jack of all, master of some.

   I like learning about everything. Everything is connected. We split the spectrum as a tool to aid understanding, but boundaries are as real as money.

10. 10 Rhetoric

    I love analogies.

    The universe is fractal. Similar patterns appear at many scales in seemingly unrelated things — I take advantage of that to communicate.
